Rural Cass Winery, where you can grub down on amazing culinary creations, enjoy a full wine tasting flight and admire the rugged scenery all without ever leaving your sun-dappled table. Melding French DNA with Paso personality, Cass Winery pairs fabulous food prepared by their onsite chef alongside unique overnight stays and fun-loving events, a winning combination. From the meaty Cass Dip Sandwich (thinly sliced ten-hour smoked premium top sirloin topped with cheese, horseradish and arugula) to a refreshing salad topped with seared Ahi tuna, you can have your wine experience, and eat it too!

Suddenly, you’ve uncorked a whole new dimension—an elegant world that overflows with luxurious wines, fanciful conversation and royal table service. Come as you are: Fancy wine means fancy folks, right? Well, as much as we’d like to brag about our excellent taste (I mean, we really do have great taste in everything from grapes to movies), that doesn’t mean we have our pinkies held high in the air. Iron Oaks Winery is one such beloved relaxed local hangout where everyday people (including a few snooty wine critics) are known to mingle over excellent, small batch bottles, no-fuss cheese pairings and scrumptious lunches delivered right to you. Around here, you’re just as likely to run into cowboy boots over pumps, but that doesn’t mean that all aren’t welcome! As always, you do you! We’ll pour up the best.

From locally grown Pasolivo olive oil to juicy, grass-fed beef, we truly have it all in Paso Robles! Oso Libre has amazing tasting rooms that happily offer up world class wines alongside juicy, estate raised beef including an array of gourmet cuts such as Osso Buco (trust us, this local delicacy is worth throwing on your grill or in your oven, any time of year)! Similarly surprising, KROBAR Craft Distillery offers up small batch house-made Americana spirits and weekly featured cocktails. Located just off the Highway 46 West, this exciting tasting room boasts an intimate indoor/outdoor space where folks can enjoy the talents of in-house mixologists—and man, are they gifted! I mean, Paso Robles wine is great, but sometimes a crisp cocktail calls. We say, follow your bliss.
