Great news! Tuesday, September 22, 2020 Coronavirus Update: Governor Newsom has moved Paso Robles into the Red tier that allows many business the ability to move some of their operations indoors such as restaurants at 25% capacity, movie theaters and places of worship at 25% capacity, and gyms at 10% capacity. ALL bars, pubs and breweries remain closed unless they offer outdoor seating with food service.
ALL wineries continue to be allowed to offer wine tasting OUTDOORS only. However, we are hopeful that this will change in the near future.
CLICK ON THE GREEN “WINERIES REOPENED” BUTTON above to view many of the currently reopened Wineries, Distilleries, and Restaurants.
Check back often as we are hoping to be able to open with modifications for indoor dining and indoor wine tasting soon.
VISITOR GUIDE FOR COVID-19:
- Reservations are either mandatory or highly encouraged (wineries either have a link to reserve a table, or require a phone call).
- Wear your masks when entering and exiting wineries, restaurants or any other public setting. Once seated you may remove the mask. If you get up from the table put your mask on until reseated.
- Maintain 6 feet of distance from others at all times. (Wineries and restaurants provide safe social distancing seating areas.)
- Wash or sanitize your hands often. (We suggest that you bring a small hand sanitizer bottle with you. Purchase small and large hand sanitizer bottles made with essential oils at the Visitor Center in the new Paso Market Walk).
- Bring lots of patience and grace as the reopening guidelines/operations are new to the wineries and their employees.
NOTE: Many of your favorite wineries are offering awesome shipping deals and bottle discounts to those who cannot make it to Paso Robles Wine Country. Most provide curbside pickup and/or tasting room pickups. Please consider an online order, and know that your business is deeply appreciated as we weather this storm together. Go to “Online Special Offers” under the Wineries Tab.

Where to start? We’ll help you find that special place with our map, the only map that lists EVERY winery, brewery and distillery in the greater Paso Robles Wine Country. And ours is the only map that is kept current.
We believe you should have easy access to each and every establishment, not just those that are part of a members’ list, paid advertisers or ones that are located within a restricted geography. Combine this with the ease of simple click-to-open Google and Apple mapping on your phone (Speedfind) for each business, or a good ole print map that you can download (or we’ll mail to you).
And if you’d like, we will text you coupons and mapping to any winery, brewery, distillery, restaurant, etc., with directions that stay on your phone when you lose cell phone service in the back roads of wine country (yep, reception is spotty in some areas).
Since everyone on staff here is a local yocal, you have your own top-notch “insider” resource! We are so in the know that we can guide you to the best establishments and events…you’ll see that something fun is always cooking in wine country.
