A family-owned and operated winery specializing in dry-farmed, hand-picked vineyards, owners Kevin Healey and Sherman Smoot are all about pouring up quality over quantity—in fact, you’ll probably catch one of them working behind the bar during your visit. Sample six vintages that shine with a minimalistic winemaking approach, including vibrant sangiovese and Bella Luna’s popular Fighter Pilot Red. Several tours and tastings are on tap, including a stroll through the vineyard, but the winery’s Barrel & Portfolio Tasting might be the most exciting for wine enthusiasts looking to better understand the process.
