Bella Luna is a small, family-owned, and operated winery, that was started by two life-long frineds, Sherman Smoot and Kevin Healey. Specializing in dry-farmed, hand-picked vineyards from the Central Coast. For the past 23 years, Bella Luna has produced terroir-driven wines with a minimalistic approach to winemaking. The wines are fermented using indigenous yeasts from the vineyard and are also unfined and unfiltered. Our focus is on single-vineyard, small batch production of Sangiovese, Nebbiolo, Barbera, Tocai Friulano, Arneis, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Zinfandel. Come meet the second generation of Bella Luna as the kids breathe new energy into the company.
