Drizzle it on! Paso’s mediterranean climate is great for growing wine grapes—why wouldn’t it be fabulous for growing olives, too? This is exactly what wise farmers banked on long ago, noting Paso’s consistently warm weather and ample sunshine. Today, you can still find great EVOO in Paso Robles (we’re not talking about that boring super market stuff, though). At Pasolivo, experience award-winning oils infused with rosemary, citrus, garlic—or go for a classic, single variety oil featuring grassy notes and a subtle peppery finish. Warning: You’ll want to pour these oils on everything…better grab two or three.

We’re spirited around here! Yes, we do know how to have a good time in Paso Robles. Case in point: Krobar Distillery, Paso’s solution to boring, uninspired cocktails. You’re never far from your next great nibble. By now, you know that Paso Robles is chock full of incredible restaurants. But did you know that several local wineries also serve up serious food alongside those fabulous wines?
