Join winemaker Neil Collins, for an evening of gastronomic delights and sublime wines at our tasting room on Adelaida Road.
We will start the evening with passed appetizers on our scenic patio overlooking the Adelaida Valley. From here we will progress to dinner in the tasting room. An intimate affair catered by Chef Jeffrey Scott. Neil and Jeff have paired each course with wines that complement the food to perfection.
Chef Jeff will spend many days preparing this menus which calls for some traditional slow cooked dishes just bursting with flavor, Jeff strives to use all local sustainably farmed products.
