Kiler Canyon Vineyard offers two distinct ways to taste its allocation-only wines in Paso Robles. The Tin City Tasting Room, located directly across from sister winery ONX Wines, invites guests to settle in beneath towering redwoods on a shaded patio where a small planting of estate Syrah serves as a living connection to the Willow Creek vineyard.
Guided 90-minute tastings walk visitors through the current portfolio of micro-lot Rhône wines, and artisanal food and wine pairings featuring locally sourced, organic ingredients are available by reservation on Fridays through Sundays.
