What’s “French” for “chill vibes?” Allow us to translate, one sip at a time. Just head to Écluse, where limited production, handcrafted bottles exude a certain je ne sais quoi. The winery’s 2017 Chardonnay is no exception to the rule. Aged for 14 months both in stainless steel and French oak to produce a crisp yet complex flavor profile, you’ll get a hint of that classic creaminess cut with a healthy dose of sunny acidity.
