As far as whites, go, we’re big fans of the winery’s 2020 Pinot Gris, a light-bodied offering with firm acidity and flavors of zippy lime, white nectarine and delicate honey. While this wine is fabulous savored all on its own, you could just as easily pair it chilled alongside calamari, white pizza, seared scallops, or a charcuterie board for optimum wow-factor.
Fairytale dreams do come true: Well, at least they do in Paso Robles Wine Country! Take a magical trek to Tooth and Nail Winery, where the gothic castle ambiance elevates your Springtime tasting to new heights of whimsy. The winery’s gilded 2020 Destinata Chenin Blanc is as glorious to admire in the glass at as it is to sip moat-side.
