Perched along the rolling hills of San Miguel on the scenic Pleasant Valley Wine Trail, Villa San Juliette Vineyard & Winery is one of Paso Robles wine country’s most distinctive estate experiences.
The Mediterranean-inspired property — with its stone accents, terracotta rooftop, and five acres of manicured gardens — transports visitors into an unhurried wine country rhythm from the moment they arrive.
Tasting on the Patio, Paired With the Kitchen
Villa San-Juliette’s tasting experience goes well beyond a standard flight. Guests settle onto the estate patio, surrounded by vineyard views, and enjoy chef-prepared shared plates alongside pours of estate wine. The kitchen turns out dishes built specifically to complement the wine program — think housemade Tuscan-inspired plates that let the region’s signature Cabernet Sauvignon, Petite Sirah, and Grenache show their best. The result is less a tasting and more a relaxed afternoon — the kind that turns first-time visitors into loyal wine club members. Reservations are recommended; walk-ins are welcome based on availability.
A Diverse Estate Wine Program
The estate produces over fifteen varietals, giving visitors a rare opportunity to explore the full range of what Paso Robles wine country can express in a single visit. The portfolio spans Bordeaux-style blends and single-varietal Cabernet Sauvignon to Malbec, Petit Verdot, Alicante Bouschet, Zinfandel, Syrah, and crisp whites including Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Gris. Barrel tastings are available for wine club members and guests who want a closer look at the winemaking process. The estate operates sustainably, with farming practices that reflect a long-term commitment to the land.
Stay the Night — or the Weekend
Few Paso Robles wineries offer the overnight experience that Villa San-Juliette does. The flagship property is a six-bedroom, six-bathroom villa that accommodates up to 22 guests — ideal for wine country weekend getaways, family reunions, or bachelorette parties. Guests have exclusive access to a private pool and hot tub on the estate grounds. Wine club members enjoy an additional benefit: a charming two-bedroom, two-bathroom farmhouse covered through wine club purchases, offering an intimate retreat within the vineyards.
Weddings, Events, and Group Gatherings
The estate’s natural beauty and full hospitality infrastructure make it a sought-after wedding and private event venue in Paso Robles wine country. Whether hosting an intimate ceremony in the gardens or a full estate buyout, Villa San-Juliette’s setting — and the team behind it — delivers a seamlessly curated experience.
