As you might have guessed, a line usually forms outside of this “hidden” 1930s-style upscale cocktail lounge serving seasonal craft cocktails, classic cocktails, wine, bubbles and beer. Skip the line on Friday or Saturday nights when you purchase a premium “Back Door Pass” to speed your entry. Note: dress code is “business casual” and reservations can be made up to 60 days in advance for non-weekend nights.

Spring Wine Event Checklist – What to bring

  • Tickets: Make sure you have your tickets downloaded or printed for speedy entry.
  • Identification: Bring a valid ID, as you may be required to show proof of age to enter the festival or taste wines.
  • Comfortable clothing: Wear comfortable shoes and clothing suitable for outdoor activities (plus a jacket for cool evenings). Unless otherwise specified, no need to “dress up” in casual Paso Robles.
  • Sun protection: Bring sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat to protect yourself from Paso’s hot sun.
  • Water bottle: Stay hydrated throughout the festival by bringing a refillable water bottle. You’ll be glad you did!
  • Cash: Bring cash for purchasing additional items such as food, merchandise or extra wine tastings. 
  • Portable phone charger: Keep your phone charged to capture memories and navigate (and always download digital maps before you go).
  • Snacks: Bring some light snacks to keep your energy up between wine tastings.
  • Blanket or chairs: A blanket or folding lawn chairs can provide a comfortable seating area for enjoying wine and snacks (be sure to check with the event to ensure this is permitted).

  • Reusable bag or tote: Bring a bag to carry any purchased bottles of wine or other fun souvenirs.
