August Ridge Winery
Italian Varietals with Reds and Whites available
August Ridge is a cozy winery up on the ridge over looking rolling hills of vines, ranches and olive trees from their neighbor Olivas de Oro. They have authentic Italian wines that pair excellent with Italian cuisine as well as many other types of dishes. The power couple own and operate the winery as a winemaker and a chef so the synergy between your palate is already “married” from the creators and offers you a great experience! Creston is only about 10-15 minutes south of downtown Paso Robles and the drive is scenic and easy to get to from the highway. The tasting room staff is friendly and intimate and there are plenty of choices for Harvest Wine Weekend to experience their food and wines.
Friday & Sunday: Anti-pasta dishes served with August Ridge wines and Barrel Tasting!
Friday Night: 6-9 pm Nebbiolo Vertical Dinner with 10 vintages paired each with a homemade tapas style dish. Join the table at $95 per wine club member and $115 for non members.
Saturday: Italian Sausage Sandwiches with August Ridge wines served while you listen to live music from Jackson & Windsong. Free to club members and $15 per non member.
