1. Opolo 2012 Reserve Zinfandel
This blend of Zinfandel was selected by our owners and winemakers as their own small lot. This is a “big” Zinfandel, yet elegant at the same time. Bold fruit flavors and just the right amount of barrel aging make it enjoyable
wine for anytime. Ripe blackberry and plum are complimented by notes of cinnamon and cedar. Rich black fruit framed by firm tannins lead to a wonderfully complex and satisfying finish. The 2012 Reserve Zinfandel pairs excellently with Brazilian spiced flank steak or barbequed pork ribs.
