
To kick off the opening of the newly opened Foley Food & Wine Society Café here at EOS Winery, we’re doing an exclusive seasonal dinner! Executive Chef Danelle Jarzynski has prepared a seasonal prix fixe 3 course menu to pair deliciously with a few of EOS’ reserve wines!
First Course
Local heirloom tomato Panzanella Salad
Second Course – Choice of:
Almond crusted Petrale Sole, celery root, roasted veg, herb salad
Herb crusted pork loin, Moroccan spiced couscous, apricot glazed baby carrots
Roasted cabbage with farro, blistered cherry tomatoes, peppers, mushroom demi glace
Third Course
Local fruit with pistachio crumble, mascarpone cream
