
An intimate, Peruvian cuisine lunch with storytelling by Chef Jhackelin Catalina Vargas of COYA, featured in Edible Magazine’s Fall 2023 issue, who immigrated to California four short years ago. The menu is designed to show the dimensions of Peru: coast, mountains and jungle. And just as important as the food, is Peruvian ritual, which guests will partake in.
