Ever wondered what people are doing when they sniff a wine before drinking it? Or what they are talking about when they say it smells like blueberries, leather or tennis balls?
Come decode some wine language and scent basics during an interactive class on August 23 from 5:00-6:30pm.
Executive Chef Rachel Ponce and Director of Wine Experiences Vanessa Igel will lead a class on common wine scents and how to identify them in the glass.
