Join us for Friday Foodie Night on August 16 at 5pm! Estate Chef Rachel Ponce and Director of Wine Experiences Vanessa Igel will lead an introductory class on wine and food pairing basics.
The class will include a variety of fruits, spices, herbs, cheeses and chocolates that will be matched and mismatched with three Parrish wines. At the end of the class, it will be easy to tell what components go together and why.
