This dinner will be led by Neeta Mittal of LXV Wine and Chef Chris Closser from Thomas Hill Organics.
Over the last decade, Neeta has relentlessly pursued food and wine pairings across various cuisines and with wines from diverse regions of the world. She strives to understand the intent of the chef behind every dish and then pairs it with wines that only complement but also contrast, thereby escalating the tempo of the food and wine interaction. This is a 4-course dinner paired with 8 wines, 2 wines for each course. This will be an educational experience!
