You’ve taken the time to come visit us at ONX in Paso Robles, now its our turn to return the favor!
Join proprietors, Steve & Brenda Olson, along with Drew, Jeff, Kassidy, and Colette for an unforgettable evening at Otium in downtown Los Angeles on Saturday, April 6, from 5pm – 8pm. We will be pairing courses from renowned Otium chef and owner, Timothy Hollingsworth, with a retrospective look at our favorite wines of the 2013 vintage!
Chef Hollingsworth was the Executive Chef at The French Laundry until he moved out to Los Angeles to open his own restaurant, Otium. Chef Hollingsworth has won numerous awards including, the James Beard Foundation “Rising Star Chef of the Year” and he was the winner of the 2018 Final Table competition. He has guest judged on Top Chef and has been featured on the Food Network. Chef Hollingsworth has cooked under multiple famous chefs, such as Gordon Ramsay. He has built his restaurant, Otium to be one of Los Angeles’ top restaurants.
Of course, exceptional cuisine such as this deserves to be accompanied by equally memorable wines! So for the first time ever, we are digging into our library to supply the wines for the evening. As a result, Drew and Jeff chose one of their favorite vintages to pour with the dinner…2013! This will include the 2013 vintage of Crux, Praetorian, Reckoning, and Caliber.
And for this night only, guests will also be able to purchase our 2013 selections!
