Chef Eric opens up Central Coast Distillery for an intimate supper club experience creating his “Chefs Table” series 2020.
This evening of “Italiano” was inspired by Chef Eric’s years of experience/training in Venus Italy and the loving heartfelt memories shared in the kitchen with his Italian step father Bob Garbarino – a lover of good food!
Pull up a chair at the “tavolo familiare” (family table) and enjoy the simple Italian classics served family style. Seating is limited to 20 .
