Discover the science and story behind lavender’s use in wellness, from aromatherapy to skin care. Enjoy a guided sensory experience with dried lavender, essential oil, and hydrosol.
Create two custom lavender-infused self-care items to take home:
1. Lavender-Infused Body Oil – a nourishing, aromatic blend to use post-shower, as a massage oil, or for daily grounding
2. Lavender Foot Soak – a detoxifying, mineral-rich soak using Epsom salt, estate-grown lavender buds, and essential oil
Participate in a short guided mindfulness moment using lavender for relaxation! This workshop is ideal for guests seeking connection, self-care, and something memorable to take home. We provide all materials, packaging, and facilitation, creating a relaxing and beautiful environment from start to finish!
