This 90-minute seminar led by our certified sommelier will explore red and white wine aromatics while you taste through six Robert Hall Cavern Select wines. 04/05/2023 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM	ONX Wines Cooking Class at Clark House This Spring, we are partnering with Chef Rachel Ponce for our 3rd Cooking Class. Join us for an evening of sipping wine, honing your cooking skills, and feasting on the delicious dishes created! COOK WITH US! Wednesday, April 5th at 6 pm at Clark House, Chef Rachel will walk you through a cooking demonstration on how to create an Italian-inspired Feast. Learn how to make Homemade Pasta, Ricotta Gnudi, and a Family Style Fish course. To accompany the feast, we will also be pouring our brand new release: the 2019 Mad Crush. Acquire new skills, drink delicious wine, eat tasty food, and have fun while doing it! Sip, nibble and stroll from tasting room to tasting room while enjoying a diverse selection of great wine paired with gourmet bites. 04/15/2023 All Day	A BEE’S LIFE Experience the ancient magic of beekeeping. From hive science to honey extractions, your group will learn the latest buzz about these important pollinators. We will take you out to our onsite bee hives where you’ll suit up and learn how new hive installations draw connections between plants and herbs, pollen and pollinators. The experience concludes with a glass of wine paired with a taste of honey and an artisanal cheese and fruit platter. 04/15/2023 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM	Paso Pinot and Pickett! Rex Pickett- Author of Sideways (the cult movie classic about Pinot Noir) will walk through selections of Windward wines, alongside winemaker Marc Goldberg, discussing Windward’s Pinot Noirs, their Burgundian process, and the Sideways effect on Pinot Noir. Rex will regale patrons with Sideways stories, including those from his most recent trip to New Zealand. A Q&A is included. A signed and inscribed book will be provided to each attendee.
