Prepared by our very own winemaker, Steve Anglim, this one-night-only dining experience showcases the artistry behind every bottle and every bite. Steve has thoughtfully crafted a seasonal menu designed to complement a selection of Bovino wines, with each course expertly paired and served in carefully chosen stemware to highlight the unique aromas, flavors, and character of every vintage.
