An open floor plan and level yard with patio, outdoor bar and propane fire pit, hot tub and gated SUMMER pool (22′ round, 4′ deep, OPEN JUNE 1- SEPT 1) make this home ideal for all. There’s ping pong, basketball and circular driveway. Small, well behaved pets are allowed.
The space
The house is best suited for a maximum of 6 adults, but can accommodate more kids. Upstairs you will find a primary suite with internet TV and a Cal-King bed with en suite bath. Two additional bedrooms are upstairs, one with a queen and the other with two twin beds. The 4th bedroom is downstairs, and has a king bed and easy access to a half bath. Small, well behaved dogs are allowed with owner approval and an additional pet fee.
Downstairs is a open plan, fully stocked kitchen and family room with sliding doors opening to the back yard, patio, grill, hot tub and solar heated swimming pool ( 22′ diameter, 4′ deep, only open in the summer months June 1-Sept 1), with beautiful views of the surrounding hills. The family room has a fireplace and flat screen TV with internet TV options. A dining room connects the kitchen and front living room. There is not A/C, however the extra thick walls and cooler Templeton Gap evenings keep the house cool. Mobile a/c units are provided for rare exceptions of extreme heat.
There are lots of toys, books and games available for kids, however all is put away to make this an adult only vacation home. There is a 3 burner Weber Grill on patio and an outdoor bar and fire pit area. Enjoy relaxing on a bench swing or hammock, and a tree swing for kids under 7.
Set off the road, the property is private on all sides. This home provides that country escape feel, yet is close to everything you’d want to access on your vacation-wine, restaurants, shopping and beach. In charming Paso Robles, there is excellent shopping, wine tasting, fabulous restaurants, a brand new play structure in the square, summer concerts, farmer’s market and great antique shopping.
Guest access
The entire home is accessible, with the exception of the garage. You can access the garage for use of the washer and dryer, however it will not be available for parking your car. There is also a ping pong table in the garage, so you can open the garage door and enjoy. There is ample parking space in front of the home. If you bring bikes you are welcome to put them in the garage. The owners do have personal items in the garage and in closets in the house, however there is plenty of space for guests to unpack and settle in.
