Epic Fest Paso Robles: Harvest Culinary & Beverage Festival

This September 18-20, The Ava Hotel Paso Robles, Curio Collection by Hilton will debut Epic Fest Paso Robles: Harvest Culinary & Beverage Festival, an immersive harvest weekend bringing together the chefs, farmers, winemakers and producers shaping the region’s evolving food and beverage scene.

Hosted at Paso Robles’ newest lifestyle hotel, Epic Fest invites guests to experience the destination through a curated lineup of food, wine and wellness experiences, including chef-curated wine pairing dinners at EMRE (including an exclusive dinner with Michelin-acclaimed chef Julien Asseo), winery and distillery excursions with some of Paso’s most celebrated producers including DAOU, JUSTIN and Booker, plus elevated brunches, rooftop yoga and more – all designed to showcase the people, places and flavors that make Paso Robles one of California’s most compelling wine country escapes.

New to the lineup, Chef Rachel Haggstrom of The Restaurant at JUSTIN, which holds both a MICHELIN Star and MICHELIN Green Star, will cook for Saturday’s Harvest Table dinner. Tim Veatch of Wayward Baking in Los Osos will bring his signature pastries and desserts to Friday and Saturday’s dinners, while Morro Bay’s Grassy Bar Oyster Co. will serve up a signature raw bar, and Paso Robles’ Leo Leo Gelato will offer a specialty affogato.
