Ulloa Cellars, founded by Nancy Ulloa, captures her vibrant spirit and deep passion for winemaking.

Nancy is hands-on in the vineyards, meticulously selecting blocks and grapes to ensure quality. She crafts small-batch wines from various European varietals, including Austrian “Baby” Grüner and amphora-aged Grüner Veltliner, German Gewürztraminer, Burgundy’s Pinot Blanc, French Semillon, Spanish Verdejo, and Portuguese Albariño. Nancy also creates a unique 33-month aged Albariño/Grüner blend.

Her wines, rich with creativity and spirituality, offer an engaging and educational tasting experience reflective of her inspiring journey.
