Think Harmony Cellars in the picturesque town of Harmony (population 18) on Highway 1 south of Cambria, California! The bonus of doing yoga at Harmony Cellars is that after class you get to enjoy their amazing wine and enjoy the scenery of this little slice of heaven.

Join Yoga Teacher Kristina Kangas at Harmony Cellars Tuesdays afternoons and Saturday mornings.

Kristina has been teaching yoga classes in Cambria for six years and practicing yoga for over 25 years. Her classes are appropriate for all levels and emphasize slow, mindful movement and conscious breathing. Whether you’re just beginning your yoga journey or looking to deepen your regular practice, her classes will leave you feeling connected, centered and revived. *Please arrive 10 minutes early. Dress in layers & bring your own mat and water.

Saturday Mornings, 11am July 11th & 25th ~ August 1st & 8th
