1. The BEST Cave Tour: Halter Ranch Vineyards
Halter Ranch tours start at their beautiful tasting room and begin with a walk through their 19th-century barnyard. Then you will learn about the history of Halter Ranch, sustainable farming and viticulture. Next you will visit the new state-of-the art gravity flow winery facility where they go over how it works and why it is important for the wine. Lastly you will visit their very impressive maze of caves where wine storage takes place as well as events! Tours are complementary and last approximately 45 minutes.
Tours are Saturday and Sunday only at 11 am, 12 noon & 1 pm or Weekday by appointment. Reservations are suggested.

2. Eberle Cave Tours: Eberle Winery
Eberle also has complimentary cave tours and takes you on a journey that starts in their vineyards where they go over how the grapes are cared for and grown, then into the wine cellar where they go over cultivating it and making it the wine you get to taste! Lastly you go down into the underground caves and tour where the barrels are kept, the VIP area and learn about the dinners and events they host down there. I have even seen wedding pictures of ceremonies and receptions held in the caves.
Tours are Daily from 10:30 am – 4:00 pm every half hour.
3. Robert Hall Cavern Tours: Robert Hall Winery
Robert Hall complimentary tours take you downstairs into the massive wine-making facility where you will get to see their large steel storage containers and take in how they process their wine. From there you will explore their caverns which are similar to caves but much more open, where the barrels are stored and events and wine-making dinners also take place. Lastly you will see the production area where you can taste straight from the barrel sample they provide and learn how the wine goes from there to the bottle.
Tours are 30 minutes and go on daily at 11 am, 1 pm & 3 pm
