Our wines are a reflection of our way of life, and mission.
We have strived to be good stewards of the land with which we have been blessed for five generations. Our family vineyards and winery have been developed with the goal of producing wines which will carry the family name with pride and allow us to keep our family ranch for the generations to come. To that end, we produce fine wines in which we have the same pride as we have in our family and our family legacy.
The Dubost Family left the Cherbourg region of France after the Franco-Prussian War of 1871 to escape the violence of Europe. They were blacksmiths by trade and immigrated to Hawaii and the Black Hills of South Dakota before settling on the Central California Coast.
The vineyards and winery of Dubost Ranch are on 320 acres of hillsides in the heart of Adelaida. The climate and limestone soils are perfect for producing premium grapes and the straw bale winery is a model for sustainable production facility.

Gary Eberle launched his career as a winemaker and as the “Pioneer” of Paso Robles Wine Region by helping to establish his family’s Estrella River Winery & Vineyards. In the late 70’s, he decided to pursue his own project and acquired nearly 64 acres just down the road from Estrella River Winery. Shortly thereafter, Gary released his first Eberle wine, the 1979 Cabernet Sauvignon debuting the iconic boar logo, depicting the German origin of the name Eberle, meaning “small boar.”
By 1984 the Eberle Winery production facility and tasting room were open for business and in 1994 Gary expanded underground, building the first wine caves in Paso Robles. Now, over 30 years later, Gary Eberle still greets guests daily with complimentary wine tastings, public tours of the production facility and 16,000 square feet of underground caves. They also play host to a variety of delicious and entertaining events held at the winery throughout the year.

Écluse is the French word for the locks on the canals that gently carve their way through the remarkable French wine countryside and since our last name is Lock, the name Écluse for our wines was born!
As home of a San Francisco Chronicle’s Sweepstakes winning Best Red Wine, we at Écluse Wines are dedicated to producing limited production, handcrafted, award-winning wines from our very own Lock Vineyard. Our family owned boutique winery is a true reflection of this special place we call home. Nestled in the gently rolling hillside terroir on the desired Westside of the Paso Robles AVA, we feature Bordeaux and Rhone style wines, as well as our fabulous Zinfandel. Our wines are often described as silky, lush, smooth and approachable when first released, becoming even more complex and elegant as they age.
From the beginning our philosophy is that great fruit makes great wine. Having our own small winery onsite gives us the added benefit of picking and crushing small lots throughout the vineyard when the fruit has reached its peak flavors. Having control from the vineyard to the bottle insures that Écluse wines remain the truly remarkable wine that it is today!
Located only five minutes west of downtown Paso Robles, we invite you to discover the expression of our estate-grown wines while you savor the Ecluse difference. Join us and experience wine tasting the old fashion way, in the barrel room where you may even find Steve, proprietor and winemaker, with the wine thief offering barrel samples! Come Savor the Wine that is truly Écluse!

Four Lanterns Winery resides on 35 acres on the west side of Paso Robles. It is centrally located in the beautiful rolling hills of the Templeton Gap in the prestigious Willow Creek AVA. The area is renowned for hot days, cool nights and calcareous soil; all of which combine to provide a perfect environment for making exceptional wines.
The hill on the vineyard was originally terraced for an apple farm in the early 1900s. In the late 1970s and early 1980s the property was revitalized with the creation of Sycamore Farms – an herb farm and vineyard.
Jackie and Steve Gleason purchased the property in 2013. In addition to expanding and improving the vineyard they created Four Lanterns Winery (named for their four daughters).
Four Lanterns Winery specialized in wine varietals native to France’s Rhone Valley, and focuses on making estate wines in order to capitalize on the natural strengths of the vineyard. The resulting wines are beautifully complex, balanced, and wonderful to drink.

Jada Vineyard & Winery
5620 Vineyard Drive, Paso Robles, CA 93446
Jada Vineyard lies in an incredible pocket in the hills of the Santa Lucia Coastal Range on the west side of Paso Robles. Blessed with abundant sunshine throughout the growing season, the maritime influence moderates the heat and provides incredibly cool evenings. As a result, harvest generally occurs near the end of October and the beginning of November. This long maturation process allows for superb development of color & intensity in character while maintaining acidity.
To wine growers, the beauty here is found beyond, in fact beneath, the surface. Initially barley, 11 varietals & 19 clones now comprise 65 acres of estate vineyard at Jada. Under the shallow topsoil of clay loam lie massive deposits of calcareous shale and pockets of limestone. This challenging environment contributes to reduced vigor in the vines and decreased berry size, which plays a huge part in the intensity of the fruit and imparts a complex underlying minerality.
To-date, Jada has received over 54 “90/90+” wine ratings for its all-estate, limited-production Rhone & Bordeaux-style wines and is 100% sustainably farmed using biodynamic practices.

Lone Madrone wines are unique not only because of where the grapes were grown, but due to the influence of Neil Collins winemaking style. What an honor that Neil was voted BEST WINEMAKER OF THE YEAR by his peers.
The winery produces some rare single varietal wines, however the majority of Lone Madrone wines are extraordinary blends where you distinguish Neil’s unique winemaking slant formed over years of tasting and blending west side Paso Robles wines.
The wines of Lone Madrone are all unique and yet characteristically balanced with structure and finesse.

Welcome to Oso Libre Ranch meaning “Free Bear” in Spanish, which represents our blended family names and the spirit of the early California pioneers. We produce award winning, artisan estate wines in limited quantities.
Our sustainably farmed vineyards are deeply rooted in rugged calcareous (limestone) hills exposed to sunshine and ocean breezes consistently producing rich, complex fruit. Our harvest usually comes late in October or early November, which is at least six weeks longer than in warmer climates.
This extended hang time for the grapes rewards us with premium and sophisticated fruit, resulting in exceptional wine. We invite you to experience our distinct estate vintages, blends and dessert wines.
In conjunction with our vineyards and winery, Oso Libre is a traditional San Luis Obispo cattle ranch. Our Black Angus cattle are free range, grass fed, hormone free animals. We are excited about the future of our Angus beef program.
All of our Vines at Oso Libre are SIP (Sustainability in Practice) certified. We, as a life choice, focus on habitat conservation, energy efficiency, pest management, water conservation, economic stability, and human resources.

Peachy Canyon is a family owned and operated winery dedicated to making excellent wines sustainably. Founded by Doug and Nancy Beckett in 1988, Peachy has long been praised as a producer of award-winning California wines that exemplify respect for terroir and dedicated winemaking.
Today the winery’s tasting menu sports elite Bordeaux-style blends alongside award winning red Zinfandels and other unique and storied varietals, including: Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Malbec, Viognier and Petite Sirah, among others. Peachy Canyon practices artisanal winemaking methods: Vineyards are pruned, maintained, harvested and sorted by hand. This commitment to sustainable winemaking begins in the vineyard and continues in all aspects of wine production. Established grapes are dry farmed, owl boxes are used for natural pest control, and vine care from planting to picking is done by hand. A select staff vineyard team maintains the estates year round. This labor-intensive process results in high quality control, leading to outstanding wines.
Zinfandel has long been Peachy Canyon’s flagship varietal—oftentimes with multiple vineyard designates in production. These red Zinfandels range from elegant and restrained to fruit forward, each an exemplary call to its own terroir, a showcase of Paso Robles’ microclimates. With these exemplary Zins Peachy Canyon has been instrumental in establishing Paso Robles’ reputation as a key Zinfandel growing region in California. In addition to Zin, Peachy Canyon produces a series of premium Bordeaux-style wines that highlight Paso Robles’ bucolic vineyard terrain. These include Peachy’s ‘Para Siempre,’ a top-tier Bordeaux blend based in Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc; ‘Ms Behave,’ a rich, multi-award winning Malbec; and ‘DeVine’ Cabernet Sauvignon.

Originally established in 1856, founder, Adolph Siot was a pioneer in viticulture for San Luis Obispo County. He is credited as one of the first people to plant grapes and make wine right on the original estate here in Templeton California.
Adolph Siot had a very successful business for decades before he sold it to the Rotta family during the “Crisis of 1907”. The Rotta family kept the winery operating for another 100 years. There are still many relics of the old original property and winery here today. Rotta wine is still available too.
Located in the Willow Creek District on the west side of the Paso Robles AVA, Siot is making Bordeaux blends from carefully grown grapes on the west side of Paso.
