Cass Vineyard and Winery is located in the rolling, oak-studded hills between Paso Robles and Creston on California’s beautiful Central Coast. This area that the vineyard calls home offers quiet serenity for the visitor and an ideal growing environment for wine grapes.
Sited due east of the “Templeton Gap”, we receive the evening’s cooling breezes that the west side of Paso Robles is noted for. We also rest far enough from the coast to generate the heat needed to optimally ripen the Rhone varieties grown on our 145 acre estate vineyard.
Cass’ Executive Chef offers a variety of food paring options to accompany our wine tasting 7 days a week from 11-5 p.m. Great wine pairs best with two aspects of life…great food and great times. We attempt to accomplish this pairing at Cass Winery through our many events. Our full service commercial kitchen and Executive Chef are able to create innovative gourmet meals for our unique winery events and your private parties. Whatever the size of your party, we will ensure that the event will be truly a memorable wine-country experience.

Our wines are a reflection of our way of life, and mission.
We have strived to be good stewards of the land with which we have been blessed for five generations. Our family vineyards and winery have been developed with the goal of producing wines which will carry the family name with pride and allow us to keep our family ranch for the generations to come. To that end, we produce fine wines in which we have the same pride as we have in our family and our family legacy.
The Dubost Family left the Cherbourg region of France after the Franco-Prussian War of 1871 to escape the violence of Europe. They were blacksmiths by trade and immigrated to Hawaii and the Black Hills of South Dakota before settling on the Central California Coast.
The vineyards and winery of Dubost Ranch are on 320 acres of hillsides in the heart of Adelaida. The climate and limestone soils are perfect for producing premium grapes and the straw bale winery is a model for sustainable production facility.

Écluse is the French word for the locks on the canals that gently carve their way through the remarkable French wine countryside and since our last name is Lock, the name Écluse for our wines was born!
As home of a San Francisco Chronicle’s Sweepstakes winning Best Red Wine, we at Écluse Wines are dedicated to producing limited production, handcrafted, award-winning wines from our very own Lock Vineyard. Our family owned boutique winery is a true reflection of this special place we call home. Nestled in the gently rolling hillside terroir on the desired Westside of the Paso Robles AVA, we feature Bordeaux and Rhone style wines, as well as our fabulous Zinfandel. Our wines are often described as silky, lush, smooth and approachable when first released, becoming even more complex and elegant as they age.
From the beginning our philosophy is that great fruit makes great wine. Having our own small winery onsite gives us the added benefit of picking and crushing small lots throughout the vineyard when the fruit has reached its peak flavors. Having control from the vineyard to the bottle insures that Écluse wines remain the truly remarkable wine that it is today!
Located only five minutes west of downtown Paso Robles, we invite you to discover the expression of our estate-grown wines while you savor the Ecluse difference. Join us and experience wine tasting the old fashion way, in the barrel room where you may even find Steve, proprietor and winemaker, with the wine thief offering barrel samples! Come Savor the Wine that is truly Écluse!

Rangeland Wines are grown in the limestone hills at the far western frontier of the Paso Robles appellation. Just 12 miles from the ocean at 1700 feet of elevation, our Adelaida Springs Ranch estate vineyard is set in a natural tapestry of rolling oak woodlands, abundant wildlife and grazing livestock.
We offer wine tasting by appointment at our home and ranch headquarters, where you can enjoy 50 mile views of the Santa Lucia Mountains. The $10 per person tasting fee includes at least 4 wines and the fee is waived if you purchase a minimum of one bottle of wine per person. We discuss the history of the ranch and vineyard, as well as our wine growing practices, local conditions and their influence on Rangeland Wines. Tastings and tours are free for wine club members.
Whether you're interested in a walk through our vineyard, historic homestead and Native American sites, grass-fed cattle and sheep, local geology, wildlife or native plants, you'll find something of interest on our ranch tours. Led by owner Laird Foshay, our 1-hour ranch or vineyard tours are $10/person with a $20 minimum. Free to wine and beef club members. Tell us about your interests and we'll customize the experience.
250 Winery Road, Templeton, CA 93465
Originally established in 1856, founder, Adolph Siot was a pioneer in viticulture for San Luis Obispo County. He is credited as one of the first people to plant grapes and make wine right on the original estate here in Templeton California.
Adolph Siot had a very successful business for decades before he sold it to the Rotta family during the “Crisis of 1907”. The Rotta family kept the winery operating for another 100 years. There are still many relics of the old original property and winery here today. Rotta wine is still available too.
Located in the Willow Creek District on the west side of the Paso Robles AVA, Siot is making Bordeaux blends from carefully grown grapes on the west side of Paso.
Winemaker Jeff Branco is a former Top 10 Winemaker in the world according to Wine Spectator Magazine. Jeff made his name at Justin Vineyards & Winery and still holds many wine scoring records today. Jeff has been allowed free reign to make even better wine than ever.
His new vintages are served in the tasting room. Siot has a newly renovated patio and tasting room to be visited. Included in your visit are all the wonderful and colorful artifacts from the property, which is thought to be the cradle of Paso Robles wine.

Sculpterra Winery and Sculpture Garden is an amazing combination of great wine and magnificent art. The wines are hand crafted and meticulously cared for, with the grapes coming from our own 260 acre estate.
The tasting room and surrounding gardens are adorned with larger-than-life original bronze and granite sculptures that create a truly one of a kind wine country experience in Paso Robles.
A portion of the proceeds from the sale of Sculpterra wine are donated to “His Healing Hands”, a medical missionary foundation that sends medical missionary teams on short-term trips all over the world to care for the most needy under-privileged peoples on all five continents. The owner of Sculpterra, Dr. Frankel, is one of the founders.
Soaring Hawk Vineyards
4255 Vista Del Lago, Santa Margarita, CA 93453
Soaring Hawk Vineyards is a family-owned "nano-boutique" winery where we do everything ourselves - and all by hand! We currently produce about 250 cases annually and focus on Rhone varietals such as Syrah, Petite Sirah, Viognier and Roussanne, and blends of these varietals plus Zinfandel.
We are extremely non-stuffy about making and drinking wine and think it should just be a fun and enjoyable part of everyday life. No pressure to "do it right" or "ask the right questions" here. When you visit Soaring Hawk you'll be with the owners and winemaker since we're the only "employees".
We are only open by appointment and just a quick email or phone call away. Bring a picnic and enjoy the peace and serenity of our off-the-beaten-track location. Go slowly down the road to our place as you're likely to see deer, turkeys, the occassional bear and of course, soaring hawks!
