CASS Winery + The Groves on 41 are teaming up to create some magic, pairing two things we know & love best: olive oil and wine! You’ll first learn how to properly identify quality Extra Virgin Olive oil (harder than you think!) with a fresh Olive Oil tasting! We’ll then move into an interactive, sensory tasting of food & olive oil together so you can get the most out of this kitchen-staple in your everyday life. Our Level III Sommelier, Cassandra will then dive into the world of wine & food pairing by showing you how to practically pair your Olive Oil to Wine & vice versa! We will definitely be playing with our food for this one!
Although not a full meal, we will be tasting small bites paired with olive oil & wine flights. We invite you to make a lunch reservation at our CASS Cafe & Tasting Room prior to your class, or join us immediately after the seminar for our FREE Barrel Room Concert Series!
