 spo\, Chef Eric Olson provides a fun and interactive introductions and gen
 eral overview to the business and art of distilling spirits. Eric will wal
 k you through the basic understanding of equipment such as pot and column 
 stills\, fermentation of grains and fruits\, and familiarize you with use 
 and application of various yeast strains and their influences on flavor pr
 ofiles. You will become familiar with both local and federal laws\, labell
