Thomas Hill Organics presents Guest Chef Miss Oddette and her Creole Kitchen. Miss Oddette is creating a 3-course dinner on Thursday, February 10, 2022. You can make reservations anytime between 5:00 pm and 8:00 pm on our website. Miss Oddette is featuring a black-eye pea dip with pita, followed by Fried Catfish with sauteed greens, red beans and rice and homemade cornbread. Dessert is her famous Sweet Potato Pie.
