Our favorite event of the year is back!
Join ONX proprietors, Steve and Brenda Olson, along with our Winemakers, at Briarwood Cottage on Saturday, May 18th, at 6pm, for our spring Great Chef Series Winemaker Dinner. We will be pairing our wines to the cuisine of the renowned Los Angeles Chef, Marco Caballero. Chef Marco started his cooking journey in Chiapas, Mexico and then found himself loving the multi-cultural influences of Los Angeles. He has a passion for teaming up with the wine industry to create epic pairings with his dishes. Each course from Chef Marco will pair with an ONX wine chosen by our winemaker.
