Parrish Family Vineyard is hosting its first ever Friday Foodie Night on June 28th at 5pm! Estate Chef Rachel Ponce and Director of Wine Experiences Vanessa Igel will lead any introductory class of wine and food pairing basics.
The class will include a variety of spices, herbs and flavorings that will be matched and mismatched with Parrish wines. At the end of the class, it will be easy to tell what components go together and why.
