Cass Winery & Forager Sprits (Central Coast Distillery) are proud to present this unique holiday cocktail pairing experience that blends the glamore of craft cocktails with the swankiness of delectable holiday dining. Join us as we share how you can become the best cocktail party host or hostess this Holiday Season!

During the two hour class, you will learn how to craft FOUR holiday-inspired cocktails accompanied with delicious plates meant to impress! We will cover mixology basics, how to make custom simple syrups, how to prepare beautifully complex shrubs (complex in flavor, but not in skill), & how to pair food with cocktails for the perfect Holiday party experience!

In addition to enjoying all of the full-sized cocktails & dishes during this class, everyone takes home printed recipes, a list of bar tools needed, and great ideas for entertaining with your peeps! All of the Forager Spirits will be available for purchase after the class so you can take the knowledge & ingredients home!
